3 parking spots on-premises and plenty of street parking (please respect all street signs). Note: the driveway has a spot to the right of the driveway saved for other guests staying in an attached 2 bed 1 bath Mother in law with its own private and separate entrance. It is directly above the Garage so there should be no issue with noise, especially with dense soundproofing. This unit can also be rented with this home on Airbnb at an additional cost.
A brand new Pool table was just added to the living room as well as an axe throwing game, and corn hole was just added to the backyard for your families enjoyment!

Full very large kitchen with appliances to make yourself at home! This home also features 240V plugs that can be used to charge your electric vehicles! But please do not overuse this feature as it can be quite expensive, any Excessive use will be charged to guests.
This is a brand new home that just finished construction from the ground up! It will have very minor imperfections such as paint marks caused by the contractors during its development.
*****There is construction going on for new homes being built to the left of this home, their work time is Monday-Fri from 7 am-3 pm The home is very well insulated, so this should not be an issue.******
