The space
Guests enter through a private front door located in a covered porch. The main level has a entry foyer joining a formal living room and dining room. The living room couch folds into a comfortable bed. The full kitchen is off of the dining room. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a W & D unit in the hallway leading into a full bathroom with a combination claw foot tub and shower. The front bedroom has two long twin beds and the rear bedroom has a queen bed.
Guest access
The guest space is the separate front unit of a two story duplex that is divided front to back. Entry to the property is through a common gate that is shared with the host who lives in the back unit and a full time time tenant that resides in a separate building in the back yard.
