Welcome to My Kentucky Home. Originally built in 1930, a total renovation was completed in November, 2023.
Within three blocks, you'll find a park and public golf course, our favorite take out breakfast spot & bakery, a great butcher shop, a brewery and a two coffee shops. You're just 5 minutes to WKU's campus and the historic downtown square, and about 10 minutes from the National Corvette Musem, restaurants and I-65.
We're also about an hour's drive to The KY Bourbon Trail or Nashville

- 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths - perfect for families & small groups
- A secondary upstairs den with a sleeper sofa, smart TV, desk, mini fridge and wetbar
- A fully equipped kitchen with GE Cafe appliances; we love to cook and hope you do too - but if not, there are dozens of restaurants close by...and some of them are good
- EV Level 2 charging

First floor - 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, W/D, living room, sitting area, kitchen, breakfast room and small deck
Second floor - master bedroom, full bath, den with sleeper sofa and rooftop deck
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire house and there is keyless entry for easy check in.

- The Rise & Shine Biscuit Workshop
You'll learn why your technique is as important as high quality ingredients for truly old fashioned southern biscuits. We'll introduce you to flours milled weekly from organic, heirloom grains and all-natural, non homogenized buttermilk from a local dairy...everyone will get flour on their hands, enjoy a batch warm out of the oven and gain a skill that'll last a lifetime
- The Art of Bourbon Appreciation
Why does our soil, water and weather make Kentucky bourbon special? What's the angel's share? Where's the White Dog? You'll learn all that and more during this fun, interactive experience that includes a guided, blind tasting of four bourbons and a lesson in crafting two iconic cocktails to sample
Experiences are about ninety minutes to two hours...we'll bring everything and clean up before we leave...further details including pricing and availability are gladly provided upon request.
