Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PageOne Lab, Inc., operating StayForWork.com (“StayForWork,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information when you use our website and related services. It applies to your account, search, booking, and stay-request activity on StayForWork. A hotel, host, payment provider, or other service you reach through the Site may have its own privacy policy.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, account credentials, contact details, travel dates, guest count, destination, booking details, messages, support requests, and any details you include in a request to a host. When you use Google sign-in, we receive account information authorized by you, such as your name and email address. We do not receive your Google password.

We also receive information needed to operate the service, such as the pages you visit, searches, approximate location inferred from your IP address, device and browser information, cookies or similar identifiers, and diagnostic logs. Hotels, hosts, travel partners, and payment services may send us booking status, offer, or transaction information related to your stay. Payment card details entered into a checkout are handled by the payment service used for that transaction; we may receive a payment status and transaction references.

How we use information

We use personal information to provide search results, display relevant stays and prices, manage accounts, process bookings or requests, communicate with you and Providers, provide support, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain security, measure Site performance, and improve our services. We may also use contact information to send service updates and, where permitted, marketing messages. You can opt out of promotional email using the instructions in the message.

When information is shared

We share information as needed with the hotel, host, property manager, booking partner, or travel provider involved in the stay you select or request. This can include guest and contact details, dates, and information you submit for the booking or request. We also use vendors that provide hosting, payment processing, sign-in, customer support, analytics, fraud prevention, and communications services. They receive information needed to perform those services.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users or others, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition. If you follow a link to another site, that site's privacy policy governs its own collection and use of information.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for account sessions, preferences, security, analytics, and measuring how the Site works. Some third-party tools may set or read their own identifiers when enabled on the Site. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, although disabling necessary cookies may affect sign-in and other features.

SMS and email

If you give us a phone number and choose to receive texts, we may use it for reservation, request, account, or support messages. Message frequency varies; carrier message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance where those commands are supported. We do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties for their promotional marketing. We may share it with service providers that deliver our messages.

Security and retention

We use safeguards intended to protect personal information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate.

Your choices and rights

You can review or update certain account details by signing in. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including rights concerning certain uses or disclosures of your information. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law. You can also use our personal data deletion request form.

Children

StayForWork accounts are intended for adults and the Site is not directed to children under 18. An adult making a booking may provide a child's age or other guest details when a Provider requires them for the stay.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our service changes. We will post the updated policy here with a revised date and provide additional notice when required by law. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@stayforwork.com.
