Quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle! Easy to get to from the water bus drop off.
Beautiful view of canal.
Bedding could have been more comfortable overall.

Perfect location away from the many people who visit. Receptionist was accommodating when i arrived at 9 AM. I was able to leave my bags to explore until my room was ready. When i returned he brought my bags to my room while i was gone.
Plenty of restaurants steps from the hotel. Easy to get to from the water taxi stop from the airport.
Enjoyed the breakfast.
Happy to stay here on another visit to Venice.

The room looked recently renovated and it felt like a brand new hotel from the room. The location was great and very walkable, in a local and authentic part of Venice.
