When traveling to Donna this is our preferred place to stay. We have always received great service.

The only positive was the bed and pillows are comfortable. Other than that the ac did not cool down. They now went to bulk shampoo and conditioner, there was not any. The hotel and room had an unpleasant smell. The carpets are filthy. As an older couple they placed us by screaming children. We will not stay there again.
