The owner is great, super nice and helpful. The hotel was lower priced because it was.... rough. I would stay again if it was just me, but probably wouldn't stay with my wife again. Bed was too firm for her.

The hallways were pretty warm. We had to turn the AC on when we got into the room. The refrigerator was unplugged, so we had to get it cool before we could use it. Only juice and coffee available. There was a discount on our room card for Pizza Ranch which we took advantage of. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay again.
