When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that they had no record of our booking/reservation that was done in January. After much discussion, they were good enough to give us a room. It was their contention that the fault was with hotel.com. Since January they had changed contractors and hotel.com had failed to notify them or the new contractor of our reservation. The room we received based on the price was adequate, but small and I had hoped to give them a good review because of their accommodating us with a room. However, we were disappointed to discover that the room had no hot water in the shower. Thus our less than adequate review re amenities.
