Very, very bad
Shoddy maintenance, blackout curtain did not cover the window completely allowing significant light in the room at night, elevator dirty and need of paint, gravel, unlit entrance to parking with no signage. Building needs a major rehab

There was construction going on when stay, which was disruptive, the rooms needed to be cleaned better, the pool was dirty, lots of doors being slamed. The manager was not very helpful.

I made reservation for ocean view but was given accommodation in room2111 which hardly have any ocean view due to sand dune. I asked the staff to change the room but they insisted that according to Hilton’s survey it is considered an ocean view. Only adults when they raise their feet can see Ocean view. As someone mentioned earlier in reviews this is an old hotel taken over by Hilton and renovated. elevator was very slow and the door of elevator was hand painted. With the price it was charged it looked awful. I guess due to flowing traffic in the area the staff hardly care about customer satisfaction. Breakfast was pretty ordinary. I guess this was the best of all worst choices we have in the area.
