Disappointed to find I would have had to pay extortionate fees to have any servicing of my room.
I only wanted clean towels , I can keep the room tidy myself, and found they quoted a fee of over $40 🇨🇦 to pick up used towels & for off clean ones !
I have stayed there several times in the past and cleaning on request was available without charge. I will reconsider whether to find another hotel on my next visit to London.

I normally rate Nestor hotels high but twice now they’ve had construction workers in Warwick creating noisy work across the floors, next door to my room (2 weeks in a row)….they don’t advise guests in advance, you just get awoken by drilling and shouting down hallways at 7-7:30am. While the staff say they’ll address it, it’s happened too many times. They need to have better control of their workers and be more proactive with guests to advise of work being carried out or else they should refund the stay, at least a portion of it, as you won’t be getting a good night’s sleep. I’m a business commuter and need to be able to count on a good night’s sleep - not face construction at unsociable hours.
