Room was clean and staff was nice. The breakfast area is very small and was crowded. And I expected more breakfast options for the price I paid for the room. The whole area is expensive but it would have been nice to have eggs and more hot breakfast options.

Second floor noise/creaking floor thru entire night. Breakfast was limited/skimpy. Mold in shower ceiling. Poor value for the cost. Honest opinion.

If you wanted something like the Ritz-Carlton, this is not the place. But for what you are paying in Jackson, this was an excellent value. Plenty of parking, Easy check-in, front desk staff pleasant and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable , well-supplied and tidy. A/C worked well. Though the property is a little dated, everything was neat and appeared clean
