We absolutely loved the settings and the serenity of the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious and the new bathroom really really nice with a great shower.
Parking was easy and the hôtel is few minutes walking distance from nice restaurants and easy drive to the Barolo vineyards.
The only downside was our check-in and check-out done by the same person. It was quite unprofessional especially for a 4 stars hotel.
Also, we got charge €8 for two glasses of orange juice that we had at breakfast even if our breakfast was included in the room price. We were surprise as nobody told us about the extra charge during breakfast .... the receptionist said it should have been mentioned and there is a « price board » on the breakfast table ... he apologized but still charged us the extra €8. Out of principal this is not really correct. What is not included in the breakfast should be more visible. We will be careful next time.
