The hotel was extremely clean and appeared to be newly refurbished. The bathrooms were shockingly clean and well kept. The AC was very powerful and the rooms were comfortable. The ice machine was a god-send since it was extremely hot in the area. I would definitely stay again!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Being so close to the university I wasn’t sure what to expect. However it was super clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is BARE BONES. One night is the most anyone should ever stay. The soap shampoo are dispensers bolted to the wall in the shower. They have no lablels on them. The soap for use in the bathdroom by the sink is also a dispenser bolted to the wall. It smells unpleasant. Of course, there is nothing extra for us on the sink like lotion, etc. The lampshade by my bed was cracked and broken. There was a refrigerator and microwave but I didn't use it. The motel is veery shabby, walls cracked, and I tripped several times in my room as the floor slats are coming up. I tried the pool . It was clean. When I went to sit in the chair by the pool, I fell into it as it was broken.
The front desk woman/owner is curt and unpleasant as if you are bothering her. She left a sign exactly at check out saying she will be back in 5 minutes. I waited and waited. Then she came out of a back apartment because I started yelling, 'is anyone here?' Seems she leaves at check out not to deal with us? Stay away! It is not worth the money you may save to go through this.
