Great location,room was lovely and clean but access to the ensuit across a corridor not expected although again very clean ,unfortunately no catering available at this hotel although staff were very helpful in advising on realy good local cafes and restaurants, in general very good value for money.

The building is approaching a few hundred years old, so expect stairs etc.
We stayed here while we were in the UK for a family wedding, the rooms were clean and tidy with individual bathrooms, no complaints. We did not go into the bar.
The staff were next level in their warmth, helpfulness and friendliness. They went above and beyond to help us out and it was much appreciated.
