A nice clean room which was fine for a one night stay prior to going to Manchester airport. I stayed on a hot day and so had the window opened and there was a lot of loud conversation coming from the beer garden including one person with a very irritating laugh. That said the beer garden closed about 10.30 so didn’t affect me getting to sleep
