Room was clean and nice. Staff was pleasant and responsive. Included breakfast was fantastic- eggs, sausage, waffles, hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt and many other things.

Pullout bed had stains on it. Kids had to squeeze into our bed.

If I was just rating the room itself, it would be five stars. Room was big, shower was great, bed was comfy. But I can't rate it five stars because the insulation was non-existent or we truly had an elephant in the room above us. From 10:00 pm until 2:30, the individual decided to walk a marathon. The footsteps never seemed to stop. They must have fallen asleep and I was able to sneak in a few hours myself but at 6:30, they were back at it. They weren't intentionally trying to be loud but I could hear every footfall. Maybe in your next renovation you might want to add some more insulation.
