We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Please inform South Padre Island Inn of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, free parking is available for the guest up to 1 vehicle only. Any extra vehicle parking fee will be charged $25 throughout from March until September. We do allow pets with extra fee of $20 per pet per night. Service dogs are allowed without fee, guest have to show the service dog valid certificate/card upon the check-in, otherwise standard pet fee will be charged as per hotel policy. Guest who tow large boats and moving containers with their vehicle will be charged for extra parking fee. Any inflammable, explosives and carrying guns/ammunition are strictly prohibited within the property premises.
