The property looks new and clean at the surface, however we experienced many small issues that added up during our 3-night stay.
Let’s get the PROS addressed first:
Very convenient location

TheCONS:
We entered the room to find that several lights were not functioning (main lights in sitting area had burnt bulbs and the overnight light in the shower was flickering). I picked up the room phone to call the lobby and the phone itself also wasn’t working, so I had to go back down to let someone know. I informed both a member of housekeeping in the hallway as well as the front lobby staff who were both friendly and told me these issues would be addressed. They were not. I even spoke to a different front lobby attendant when we got back from dinner and asked if he could just give me a light bulb to replace the main one that was out and he said that it could be a breaker that got tripped. Instead, I got one of the lights to work by switching out a bulb from the desk lamp.
Other CONS:
Water leaked all over the bathroom floor daily because the shower door didn’t close properly.
My kids couldn’t get the barn door open that leads to the bathroom.
My family barely slept due to people yelling and slamming their doors at all hours of the night.
I understand that this last part isn’t something that the hotel can control, however the rest could have been easily fixed if they only cared.
