All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a very good surprise. Everything was very good, and the staff kept the whole area very clean. The air conditioner was quiet, and the room had a very clean feel. All in all, this was an excellent accommodation less than 15 minutes from Hershey Park. I would definitely stay here again

There was no air running in the hotel lobby or hallways so it was extremely humid and uncomfortable. The room itself was not very clean. There were bugs in the shower, bugs in the doorway. The carpet was so dirty our socks were black from walking on it. There were boogers smeared on the wall next to the bed. The air conditioner just smelled of must when blowing air. I did not feel comfortable having my baby with us in this room. The breakfast area was so unbearable to sit in because no air was on, we had sweat coming down our faces couldn't even enjoy our food because we just felt sick. Very upset and disappointed with our stay.
