Room too small and dark.
No faculty of a dressing table for the ladies and no available plug sockets

Took too long to heat up room, uncomfortable mattresses, very dark room with 1 low watt bulb to light it. Got a lamp to read by. Staff did as much as possible to help. Good location and very clean. Tiny tv, water luke warm. It is January, so they usually have warm weather and not this cold.
