Only offered 6 channels. I have never stayed at a hotel limited to 6 channels I was appalled by this. I will never stay at this Sleep Inn again.

Was clean . I would stay again. Air Conditioning was alittle noisey. Stayed 3 nights but no
housekeeping or new towels.

The The combination of absent staff, terrible breakfast offerings and lack of customer service makes this hotel unacceptable. Avoid staying here!
There is no visible staff working the front desk, be prepared to wait an indefinite amount of time to be helped. A counter sign claims staff is away assisting other guests, but this notice remained posted continuously throughout our two-night stay. Our rooms lacked telephones making it impossible to call the desk for assistance without walking down to the lobby in person.
Misleading & poor breakfast selection did not match what was advertised. The bread bin contained only a single, squished loaf of bread. Hot tea canisters remained empty, & the water dispenser was visibly dirty & left unfilled throughout our stay.
Upon returning home, we realized we had left clothes hanging in the closet. Immediately called the hotel. I was told to call back the following day when housekeeping arrived. After insisting to have the room checked, I was placed on hold to then be told that the room had been cleaned and nothing was left behind. A local relative drove to hotel to find the desk unattended, but a housekeeper in the hallway unlocked the room. Not only had the room NOT been cleaned, our clothes were still hanging untouched in the closet.
Apathetic indifference, bored, uncaring and lazy counter staff.
