I arrived at the Hotel on the coldest night of the winter so far (predicted to be -5). I was given room 17 which is furthest from reception and the very last room down a long corridor. This meant two things: 1) furthest from router - I could not get any wifi 2) It was a very cold room to begin with.
I was told that they had just turned to the room heating on and it would stay on until about 11pm. WRONG It went off about 6.30 pm. 3 power cuts later. I slept in all of clothes and socks as it was sooooo cold.
Not a good experience all round ...
