The reception staff were friendly & helpful. The property is very old, my room was down a very ling narrow corridor. The room seemed ok except housekeeping forgot to refill the hand wash & shower gel, reception provided refills. The areas in the corridor were in a very bad state. I ended up not staying as concert (reason for stay) was cancelled. There was very little space to park & on return to my car, the was flooding so I had to enter passenger side. It is convenient for Hitchen but don’t think I would re book
