Staff was extremely helpful when checking in. The only issue was the hidden security deposit that wasn’t made known before booking.

After we got there we noticed first thing that the outside doors were broken and anyone could walk in without a key. The place smelled horrible, the communication between staff was awful. There were used diapers wrapped up under our bed. I have a toddler that uses pull-ups so I thought they might have fallen but when I pulled it out, it was a wrapped up DIAPER. When we went to check out everything was closed down even though the hours said they would be open. It was not pleasant.

While the room was clean the first desk clerk was rude, there was a $70 deposit I was unaware of(3rd page sm print), the "queen" beds were full size, 1 bed light did not work, the other so dim it barely qualified as a night light, bathroom light even dimmer (so unable to shower-door open to see to use sink), bed and table on unlocked wheels, no coffee maker, 3 adults and given only 2 keys, no screens on windows, no extra blanket, kitchen sink handle falling off, weird smell, had to ask for reciept, no direct access to office, entry door had to be propped open as broken and hanging, no extra roll of toilet paper. I realize that this is an extended stay facility but when rooms are rented as "hotel" accommodations there are a few items that should be at least offered for those using it for short stay.
