Everything we encountered at this hotel was pristine clean! No carpet is a plus for me and when I needed several extra pillows after surgery the staff was more than helpful! The coffee was better than a coffee shop!

I had a great stay at this property. I came to the area for a concert. So the location was very convenient, The daytime and night staff, especially the daytime Staff, were most helpful and very friendly. They answered all of my questions and assisted me with all of my requests. They chatted with me and made me feel right at home. I accidentally locked the room key in my room, and they got me back into my room quickly with no issues. The parking lot was well lit so parking felt safe. Rooms were nice and clean and spacious. The bed was comfy, AC blows very cold.. breakfast was very good. The lady doing the food prep was working hard and had a beautiful smile on her face. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a nice, quiet, affordable and safe spot. I can’t speak for other’s experiences, but mine was 10/10.

My main issue is that I booked a wheelchair accessible room from www.hotels.com. The room I received was not wheelchair accessible. My chair wouldn't turn with the bathroom door open or allow me to close it while using the shower or toilet. I was offered a refund, but I didn't take it because I had no where else to stay. If I was fully paralyzed I wouldn't have been able to use those restrooms at all, because my chair wouldn't allow me to use anything in their restrooms. My disability gives me very poor balance. I was able to use my room's bathroom by what I like to call Spider-Man'ing the wall step by step very carefully. I almost fell down multiple times during the night trying to scale the walls and turning around without my char.
