The hotel is under renovations. We should ave been told this. The rooms were limited. They were dirty. I had to asked for my parents room to be changed it was so filthy. There were spider webs, dead roaches, holes in the shower curtains, cracked paint, a crack in our bathroom ceiling. It was dusty...just filthy. I went to Dollar General and bought Fabuloso, Bleach, mop and a broom to clean our own room. I addressed this to the front desk Associate and he told me that they were short staffed and they were trying to renovate before the holidays. I understood this, but there was no excuse for the filth. I even found a roach in the refrigerator after I had already cleaned and sprayed the room. The curtains were grossly filthy. We only stayed because I had reserved the rooms from a third party and did not know how a refund would be given if we left. My bathroom did not have a gage for the shower, so when you turned on the water, both operations happened at the same time. Im extremely disappointed, embarrassed and upset. The bed, however was comfortable but we did bring our own sheets and comforter. To anyone booking this hotel, I DO NOT RECOMMEND at least until the renovations are done. I

I paid a security fee of $100.00. A week has already passed, and I still haven't been refunded that $100.00!!!
