All guests need to be members of the DJH (German Youth Hostel Association) or the IYHF (International Youth Hostel Federation). Membership can be purchased at the reception upon arrival. It costs EUR 12.50 per year for German guests up to the age of 26, and EUR 21 for families, or for guests aged 27 and older. After June each year, first time members only pay half-price for the first year of membership.International guests without a Hostelling International card can purchase a daily membership stamp for EUR 3.50.Jugendherberge Stuttgart Neckarpark can provide towels for a fee.

It costs EUR 7 per year for German guests up to the age of 26 and EUR 22.50 for families or guests aged 27 and above. Each year from 01. June onwards, membership will be half price for guests purchasing a DJH membership for the first time. Foreign guests need a Hosteling International Card (EUR 18), if they are not member of a national Hosteling Federation. For single overnight stays a welcome stamp can be purchased on arrival, which costs EUR 3.50. WIFI is available in public areas free of charge.
