I'm still waiting, I spoke to you all on Tuesday, I was told a supervisor would call me back. I didn't stay at Holiday Inn, I requested Meridian, MS., you gave me a location 40 minutes back the other direction. Please understand, i've done a lot of packages with you all, this is unacceptable. I expect a call from a supervisor ASAP.
