Room was clear. Overall room condition was 'well worn' but clean bedding and towels. AC worked fine. Park-like grounds that room looked out on. The 'back' of the room was on the parking lot side.

I specifically called and was assured the unit was w/c accessible for the room itself and also getting into the room.. the ramp was not very efficient (was also blocked with items when first arrived). However the room was not w/c accessible at all!
Was not able to get into the washroom as it was too small.. it was a high tub so therefore again was not w/c accessible with a shower you could either take walker into or shower chair.. So was unable to wash up or use the washroom at all!
Beds were so close together you could not even get a walker at the side of the bed so had to get into the bed from the bottom (end) and crawl up!
The a/c was too small a unit plus for the room and it was very far away down a hall area so the room was not cool. Had to go out and get a fan (they did not supply any) so that at least a little bit of cool area could go around but still warm.
Very hard to sleep or stay in these conditions.
This was a very unpleasant and disappointing stay as everything was assured beforehand.
