Tried to cancel a couple of times they never picked the phone.
The answering machine was full and I was unable to leave a message.
The answering machine is only in french.

We stayed at Les Bastides for two days at the end of July. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly; the rooms were comfortable and quite spacious and the views are fantastic.
The whole place could do with a bit of a freshen up, but really no complaints.
