The hotel overall was fine, but we were there during a heat wave and there is no air conditioning (this is common in a lot of European hotels). It was cool enough at night to leave the windows open, but we did have some issues with bugs. Other than that, it was a lovely place to stay and the restaurant was very good and the town was so charming! Close to public transportation that we used to get to the train station and when visiting Buchenwald.

Lovely renovated older building with character, but also all the conveniences. Great location, lovely staff. Excellent breakfast buffet.
