The room was not ready at our check in time. The staff did work together to get it ready in around 15 minutes. I did like the room set up and being on the 1st floor was a plus. We would stay again.

Housekeeping is terrible. Staff is super nice. There was no toilet paper. And when I requested it, they still didn't bring it. The bed was broken. The refrigerator froze everything. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower was empty. When I ask for a refill, no one came.
