This hotel is in a great spot in downtown Windsor. You can walk to local bars and restaurants. Walk to the riverfront. Walk to the bus terminal to take the tunnel bus to Tiger/Lions/Redwings games.
Staff is super pleasant.
Best of all is the great price.

It was nice, we went to eat at the cook shop (fine dining) which is within walking distance and headed to the bull and barrel (bar) also within walking distance, location is perfect, but parking was an issue, where the hotel told us to pay and park earned us a parking ticket
