Booked thus room to go to work. Got bed bugds from it. Now i cant work for 2 days sobi dont get an infection from being covered in bites

Property is not as "pretty" as shown in the pictures, original room didnt have a microwave and fridge, new room did have them but it was next to weed smokers and drunks, bad smell on hallways at all times.

The staff and the property were great however the very strong smell of mold needs to be addressed people can get sick. Not wanting to give refunds are a big issue also. If someone no longer wants to stay don’t keep them there by keeping their money
