staff was helpful knowing the condition of the hotel. The room had clean sheets. no towels at all. Had to go to front desk. A broken picture was hanging. There was writing on the door inside. Help me and get me out of here. No elevator Many transients staying or hanging outside. The area was fine but needs major improvement to the property. Did not use pool. Booked it for free parking while on cruise and one staff tried to charge me. Night person Stephanie was very nice and made coffee for me.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting the room we were given smelled like lighter fluid there was fluid pooled up in front of and inside our room!! We went asked for another room then the door key didn’t work twice had to get new cards. I absolutely would NOT!!!! Book this nasty place

OMG WORST SMELLING, NASTY ROOM I’ve ever seen or smelled….Torn sheets, MOLD all over walls and ceiling. NO SOAP, no tp holder or towel bar, one gross ripped wash cloth to share, poop stains on bathroom walls and something equally as nasty on the non-cleaned sink (covered in toothpaste spit as was the mirror) PAINT PEELING OFF OF EVERYTHING, broken furniture, GROSS microwave, broken fridge, NO TRASH CAN AT ALL. Nicotine stains on everything-and I mean THICK. No place to park and you have to watch out for the crack head who pops up in between cars-thank goodness he was in a reflective vest. *eyeroll*. Wouldn’t even TOUCH the shower curtain. A dozen nasty mattresses thrown in parking lot-crap everywhere. Took the seat covers off my truck and slept on them and covered with my beach towel. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE…. Do not walk. Guy at front desk was nice so there’s that.
