STAY WAS OK, WE ARRIVED AND WAS GIVEN A ROOM THAT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED YET. BED WAS CLEARLY SLEPT IN AND TRASH STILL AROUND THE ROOM, WENT BACK TO OFFICE TO LET THEM KNOW,THEY HANDLED IT VERY WELL AND IMMEDIATELY GOT US A NEW ROOM ( NO BIG DEAL STUFF HAPPENS) A/C WAS FREEZING COLD (WHICH WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE). MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE BED WAS HARD AND LUMPY WHICH DID NOT MAKE FOR A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP. I WOULD STAY AGAIN IF THEY GET A NEW MATTRESS.

They gave us keys to our room and we put our things in our room without and came back in two a m could not access them in the cards printed upside down , and no one told us had to get staffed to open the door! Very inconvenient
