There was no excuse, other than lack of any other options, for this hotel to be $400/night. This is a loading point for very expensive cruises/excursions...make the town worthy of such. Make it so visitors want to stay longer and actually enjoy the stay. Clean, updated, inviting hotels would be a great starting point.

The Hand soap and Lotion holder by the sink was off the wall sitting on the counter.
The towel was a little used. Otherwise is a okay place to stay for a night.

The hotel may have rebranded to the Southeast Resort, but it is an old hotel. The refrigerator shell was broken. The room just looked tired. The elevator was extremely slow. The bathtub wasn't really clean and there was someone else's long hair clinging to the shower curtain, yuck. On the positive side the bed was quite comfortable, and the hotel location is right by downtown and close to tourist areas.
