Whenever I am in Elyria, I always stay at the Courtyard Marriott. I can always count on it being clean and the staff will be friendly and helpful.

Nice property. Comfortable beds and very clean. It seemed over priced compared to others. But it was our choice to stay there as a group of us were traveling together. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No breakfast provided and I felt for what we were paying that would have been a nice thing to include.

the hotel itself was good however we requested a handicap accessible room and was given a regular room. when asked to be moved we were told that because we reserved the room via expedia they could not honor the request the staff member who checked me in was rude and dismissed my request my husband is in a wheelchair and since he could not use the bathroom we ended up having to leave and go home. we were visiting family in Ohio and went home to Maryland early.
