This is our second time here. The staff is excellent and friendly especially the overnight front desk gentleman. Can’t remember his name but so friendly and helpful.

This is a review of a handicap accessible room, first off. We arrived early and was allowed to check in a bit early. Lobby smelled fresh and clean. Went to our room on 4th floor, not so great but okay. Carpet in hallway was stained and faded. Inside our room, it was a tile floor. The bed was supposed to be (according to amenities list) lower to make it easier to get on to. It was high and I struggled to get on it. Also the bathroom, the toilet wobbled and rattled. The caulking around the base was coming loose from it. The bath chair I asked for was provided. The tub however was supposed to be a roll in. It was not but had a lower side that I still could step over slowly and carefully because the tub had no treads to make it non slip. We made do for the week though, had breakfast there a couple times, it was okay. The room still felt humid even though it was plenty cool.
