The staff was extremely rude! Our room was not as advertised. There was wires hanging out of the wall. The floor was dirty. The light to the sink area sizzled when you turned it on. The fridge at all settings just froze every thing solid. The pool was dirty and ice cold. The breakfast was down right gross! The juice was water with a splash of juice. There was mold on the bread. I watched the staff walk over without washing hands and refill things bare handed. It was terrible. Unfortunately everything was sold out and we had no choice but to stay and avoid the staff member whom was just being so rude. There was bugs all over our room that I had to go around and kill. It was very uncomfortable and scary

Got lucky to stay here last minute. Clean bed and shower. Exactly what I needed. Also enjoyed the walk out patio from the room. Very nice staff. Good breakfast.
