There was no mention of the specific check-in times at the time of booking.
The shower was clogged and could therefore not be used.
When I wanted to notify reception the next morning (waited between 8am-8:40am), there was nobody there and I had to leave to go to the work related function.

At the moment I arrived the window was open, the heater was warm although the thermostat was turned to an off position. It had -7 degrees outside and in the room it was ice cold, too. I shut the window and turned on the heater, but it needed several hours to get warm. Even the blanket was not adequate for that kind of cold room. The blanket given would have been suitable for a warm country, but not for Munich in Winter.

This hotel is a perfect location for attending the trade fairs held in the nearby centre and for venturing into the city. It is a typical family run german hotel that does bed a breakfast. It is very clean and comfortable and even has a sauna. Would definitely stay here again at it is much more personable than the bigger international hotels nearby and quite a bit cheaper.
