The pictures of the lobby is what I mainly saw, and the lobby looks good, but the room was terrible. The carpet was stained heavily, the shower head settings couldn’t be changed so it was stuck on heavy stream, bugs everywhere. Tiny spiders would descend from the ceiling. There was no bathroom mat in the bathroom so the floor would get soaked. The toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall.

I was extremely disappointed with the rundown condition of this hotel property, especially my room, where the carpet was lifting, nearly every wall was stained and desperately needed a simple paint job, and much of the furniture was scratched, worn, or stained. There was no hot water, only lukewarm water, and the inside of the toilet was so badly scratched and stained that it appeared as though feces were still inside, which made the overall condition of the bathroom feel very unsanitary. The saddest part is that this property has so much potential, because simply investing perhaps $150 per room for fresh paint, minor furniture touch ups, carpet repairs, and removing the badly stained sofa could make the rooms look and feel 100 percent better.

The only nice looking thing was the lobby. The stairs were out of use bc of damages. Ice machine didn’t work. The carpet stains and Oder in the room were very strong. Stale cigarettes. Sheets didn’t really fit the bed either. The property was not kept up either. The hallways were wet as if a room had water issues.
