The only problem we had was they didn't change out our towels. However, I asked for clean ones and received them immediately. We stayed in a king suite and it was wonderful! We loved the lay out of it and the roominess! I loved the larger refrigerator and the icemaker in it! It came in really handy with the heat!!!
The hotel was also very convenient to where we needed to be and was easy to get in and out of.

The sleeper couch in our room and crumbs and food stuck in between, the drinking glasses were dirty in the kitchenette, forks were missing and between the fridge and the kitchenette was dirt.
Eggs and potatoes swam in condensation water and the coffee out of the machine tasted horrible and I forgot a dress in the closet which housekeeping never turned in and the manager never called me back about it. Definitely enough to not stay there again.
