The front desk was not manned when I needed to check out (6:30am) and there is no drop box. There was a sign saying it was only open from 8am-midnight. When I returned at 8, I was fortunate enough to find a cleaning lady who said the front desk clerk didn't arrive until 8:30 normally. A dropbox would solve all that.
The property is overall in poor condition. The parking lot has huge potholes. The bathtub was rusty on the bottom. Still, it was an air-conditioned, secure space for the night and inexpensive.

Rat droppings in the bed. Not on top but between the shhets of a made up bed. And property told me it was my responsibility to check. I have to make sure remote, a/c and fridge work as well. Pictures of property are severely misleading. Also over charged from my booking. Stay away

The last in the front desk did her job but the room had left over roaches , no hot water the front desk lady took pictures of the food and drinks left from person before me .
