This is probably the worst motel I ever stayed in. The room they put me in, I believe 407, smelled so strongly of cat feces and urine, I checked out immediately. They tried to move me to a room that wasn’t even cleaned, had no comforter. I decided to just sleep in my car, LITERALLY! Hotels.com support refused to refund me! Not happy at all. The manager at the property also was no help

Excellent customer service. Very helpful and friendly. Room was on third floor and looked updated and smelled clean. The property / parking lot needs maintenance and upgrades. People hang out in parking lot at night… not sure why but seems strange.
