The only reason I gave a bad review was that I traveled with three children who very much expected an evening of swimming. We had paid and been given the room keys before we were told the pool was out of order for the whole weekend. No discount was offered. They didn't tell us beforehand giving us the option to try somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Key would not open room door, had to go back to front desk as did others who checked in at the same timeframe

Our stay was good. Bed was OK but took a little adjusting to get comfortable.
