The front desk person really tried and was nice. I didn't realize that I had accidentally booked a smoking room, so they were very nice to switch us to a King with a pull-out. But the pull-out was awful. I actually chose to use my air mattress instead because of the condition of the pullout mattress, and the couch in general. Our first two keys didn't work so ee had to go back down, the ice machine on our floor didn't work, we had to take sheets to make up our own pull-out bed, and they forgot to give us a blanket for it so we had to go back down again for that.
Breakfast was okay but the sausage gravy and biscuits were not very good. I am not sure why the hotel has such good ratings.
