Worst so called hotel ever, wouldn’t deem it fit for prisoners.
Firstly took over an hour to access as there’s no staff on site despite claims there is staff.
Smashed tv with broken glass, kettle didn’t work and kept switching off,no smoke alarm, huge crack in the outside pane of the window, hole in the bathroom door, the room was beyond freezing, shower didn’t work, uncomfortable bed full of springs, pillows paper thin, and no proper duvet just a paper thin shiny sheet.
When staff did come in the morning they were beyond rude, just awful attitude.check out initially said 11 then changed to 10.30 despite the sign on the bedroom door still saying 11.00, at 9.30 staff were banging on the door demanding check out.
The place should be condemned and knocked down not just closed down

No a superior double room at all , there was mould and water marks in the walls , only one cup , small bed , shower was like a closet , window was locked shut without the key available , the sink constantly dripped
