Clean and friendly staff, good location and excellent for parking in London, where so many hotels charge you for overnight parking now. Done the job perfectly for a single night trip.

We stayed here as a family for a concert at Wembley. I was booked into a TRAVELODGE but switched last minute as this place felt more convenient and £100 cheaper! Plus breakfast was included the next day and it was decent. 6 min walk to the tube and then one stop to Wembley on the met line. Hotel is 3 star so we didn’t expect much. But was pleasantly surprised. Warm welcome from the man on check in, room was clean, tea and coffee in the room, tv and a fan. 3 twin beds so that was good. Cute little pink bar in the reception area. Plenty of places near by to grab food. Really happy I booked this 5 hours before check in! If I go to another gig I would stay here, it ment we didn’t have to leave early and could stay till the last song. Even being caught in the concert traffic at the tube we were back before midnight! We had breakfast before we left and they even had my favourite Tim’s Dairy yoghurts! Staff were super attentive at breakfast and lady at check out was lovely too.

Firstly, the staff were polite and attentive. This hotel does not serve food on an evening, surely that makes it a B&B??
The public areas look like they’ve had some renovation lately and are very nice. Although the room was OK, it could have done with a refeb
