Great location, close to both Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston stations, but in a quiet street. Nice staff in a 24 hours reception, nice facilities, nice and clean room and bathroom where everything was working - that's important. But my my room was way to small. Very Small! But I would recomend the hotel - and I might stay there again.

The room was small but clean. Stairs are really cramped so if you have big luggage that may be a hassle. My double room also would not have been able to fit a larger suitcase laying flat on the ground. There is also no space around the sink so I had to keep everything on the tiny nightstand by my bed. Only real issue is that twice the housekeeper knocked and tried to come in early while I was still sleeping or in the room - around 8-9am. She also knocked really softly so I couldn’t even tell at first it was my room - the walls are a bit thin so I thought she was at a neighboring door.

Hotel is in a great position for Kings Cross St Pancras station. It was clean and minimally furnished with tired furniture. The door to the en-suite could only opened half way because it banged into the bed. There was a tabletop fan in the room to help deal with the heat but the room was still very hot.
In summary a clean, low budget hotel in a great location.
